Each artist at the studio manages their own schedule and booking. You can find individual booking links on our Meet the Artists page or through their social profiles. If you’re not sure who to book with, feel free to reach out — we’re happy to help match you with the right artist for your needs.
Life happens — we totally get it. We just ask for as much notice as possible (ideally 24–48 hours) if you need to reschedule. Each artist manages their own bookings, so cancellation policies may vary. You can always check directly with your artist if you’re unsure.
At this time, our retail products are available in-store only. We’d love for you to stop in, browse, and experience everything in person.
Absolutely. Each artist manages their own bookings, so you’re welcome to book directly with the artist you prefer through their individual booking link.
Some of our artists are happy to accommodate toddler appointments, but availability varies by stylist. We recommend checking directly with your preferred artist before booking so they can confirm what works best.
Cleanliness and safety are a top priority for us. All artists follow professional sanitation standards, regularly disinfect tools and surfaces, and maintain a clean, comfortable environment for every guest. Since each artist operates independently, specific practices may vary slightly — feel free to reach out to your artist with any questions.
We’re home to independent beauty artists who rent their chair and run their own business inside the studio. This means each artist sets their own schedule, services, and pricing while being part of a collaborative, creative space. See our CHAIR RENTAL page for more information.

We don’t have an assistant program — our focus is on independent chair rentals, giving each artist the freedom to run their own business within our studio.
