We respect your time—and yours is valuable!

Appointments: Please arrive on time. Late arrivals may result in shortened service or rescheduling.

Cancellations: We require at least 24 hours notice for service cancellations or reschedules. Less than 24 hours may incur a cancellation fee.

No-shows: Full-service fee applies for missed appointments.

Refunds: Service fees are non-refundable. Retail purchases may be returned/exchanged within 7 days.
